What is it that ticks you off about these money info pages? There are so many things that tick me off that I don't even know where to start.

It seems like every day I find something different that is somewhat annoying.

I don't know if you have noticed it yet but one thing that gets to me is in newsletters. Something gets your attention so you sign up for the newsletter.

After a couple of weeks you find it is not all you thought it would be or it is bombarding you with emails two or three times a day so it may be time to opt out. Problem is there is no opt out link or the link doesn't work. What do you do now?

When I find an opt out link that doesn't work I automatically assume it was set up so it would not work by the newsletter author. And that ticks me off.

I start a search for anything that will lead me to anyone associated to that particular situation. It may take some searching but sooner or later I find a name, a title, a link or something.

Then I bombard them with my own emails until the newsletter stops coming. Actually it is a little bit of fun bombarding their email box.

Sometimes they state to opt out use the link at the bottom of the page. When you scroll down you find a lot of white page with nothing on it. It is quite natural for you to think there must not be a link so you stop scrolling. NOT ME.

I just grab the little scroll button on the side and send it as far down as it will go. Sure enough about 47 miles down an empty page appears the mysterious opt out link.

For some reason they don't think you are smart enough to go all the way down. Fool them, go to the bottom. The link might be there.
